This chocolate brownie is super easy to make and only takes a few minutes to put all the ingredients together, then sit back and enjoy the lovely smell that will come from the oven.

Ingredients
100gButtersalted
2tablespooncooking oil
½cupchocolate bits
¾cupwhite sugar
¾cupbrown sugar
3eggs
1teaspoonvanilla essence
½cupall purpose flour
¼cupunsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
Set oven to 170°c / 340°f fan bake
Line a 20 x 20 cm (8 x 8 inch) baking dish with baking paper
Add butter, oil and chocolate to a bowl and heat until all melted
Then add vanilla and eggs to the melted mixture and mix well
Next add white sugar and brown sugar to the bowl and mix.
Then sieve in the flour and cocoa powder and mix until it is all incorporated
OPTIONAL – fold in ½ cup of chocolate chips, nuts or fruit.
Pour in to pan and bake for 30 -35 minutes
Notes
If you use a larger baking pan you will need to reduce the cooking time.
